Terms of sale
In force from 10 October 2026
1. Purpose and scope
These terms govern the sale of the full SEO & GEO audit ordered from sebastienfontaine.me from Sébastien Fontaine EI (SIRET 841 696 529 00038), hereinafter "the provider".
The service is for businesses only (companies, non-profits, self-employed) acting for the purposes of their professional activity. By ordering, the client declares that they are acting in a professional capacity; consumer law provisions, including the right of withdrawal, do not apply.
2. Description of the service
The full audit covers the website entered when requesting the free audit. It includes: crawling and technical analysis of the website, analysis of Search Console and the Google Business Profile when the client grants access, visibility tests in several AI assistants, an analysis of the competitors cited, a prioritised action plan and a proposal for improvements or a redesign. It is delivered as a PDF report and presented during a video debrief.
Implementing the recommendations is not part of the service; it can be quoted separately.
3. Price and payment
The price is €1,500 excluding tax, VAT not applicable (article 293 B of the French Tax Code). It is payable in full when ordering, by card or any other method offered by Stripe. The invoice is sent automatically by email.
The order is firm once payment is confirmed.
The amount paid for the audit is deducted in full from the provider's quote for implementing the recommendations, provided that the quote is signed within 3 months of the audit being delivered and amounts to at least €1,500 excluding tax. The deduction appears as a discount on the implementation invoice; it cannot be refunded or transferred.
4. Delivery time
The audit is delivered within 10 working days of receiving the access and information requested from the client (read access to Search Console and the Google Business Profile, goals). This period is suspended until these are provided.
If the client does not provide them within 60 days of ordering, the provider carries out the audit using publicly available information only.
5. Obligations of the parties
The client undertakes to provide accurate information and to hold the necessary rights over the audited website. The provider undertakes to perform the service with care and in line with best practice; this is an obligation of means.
Results from AI assistants and search engines change over time and are outside the provider's control: no ranking or citation is guaranteed.
6. Liability
The provider's liability is limited to direct, proven damage and capped at the amount paid for the service. It does not cover indirect losses (revenue, traffic, data) or the consequences of the recommendations being implemented by the client or a third party.
7. Intellectual property and confidentiality
Once paid, the client may freely use the report for the purposes of their business. The provider retains its methods, tools and know-how.
Each party keeps confidential any non-public information received from the other. Access granted by the client is used for the audit only; the client may revoke it after the debrief.
8. Cancellation
The client may cancel the order by email as long as work has not started, and is then refunded in full. Once work has started, the service remains payable.
9. Personal data
Data is processed in accordance with the privacy policy set out in the legal notice.
10. Governing law and disputes
These terms are governed by French law. In the event of a dispute, the parties will first seek an amicable solution; failing that, the Commercial Court of Bobigny has sole jurisdiction.
